Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026. The summary, in plain language: your calculator inputs never leave your browser, we run no advertising trackers, and the only personal data we hold is what you type into the contact form.
Calculator data
Everything you enter into our calculators — age, sex, height, weight, body fat, activity level — is processed entirely in your browser. It is not transmitted to our servers, not stored, and not visible to us. Closing the tab erases it.
What we do collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you send, and we keep that correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and maintain a record of corrections. Our hosting provider (Vercel) additionally processes standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL — for security and operations, retained per their policy.
If we later add privacy-respecting aggregate analytics (page counts, no individual profiles), this policy will be updated before it ships. We will never sell or rent personal data, run third-party advertising trackers, or build advertising profiles.
Cookies and local storage
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. A single technical cookie may be used to remember your language preference — it identifies a locale, not a person.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of any personal data we hold (in practice: your contact-form correspondence) at any time via the contact page. Depending on your jurisdiction — including the EU/EEA under GDPR — you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor regardless of where you live.
